Every CFS member is expected to uphold these standards. Our community thrives on mutual respect, integrity, and a shared commitment to growth.

Respect Everyone Treat all members with dignity regardless of experience level, background, or opinion. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Be Collaborative Share knowledge freely. Help each other grow. CFS is a community, not a competition — your teammate's success is your success too.

Stay Active & Engaged Participate in events, discussions, and projects. Inactive members may be removed to keep the community vibrant and productive.

No Spam or Self-Promo Do not post irrelevant content, unsolicited promotions, or spam in community channels. Keep discussions relevant and valuable.

Protect Privacy Never share another member's personal information without explicit consent. What is shared within CFS, stays within CFS.

Academic Integrity Do not use CFS resources to cheat, plagiarize, or engage in dishonest academic practices. We help each other learn — not take shortcuts.

Represent CFS Well In public spaces, competitions, or professional settings, your behavior reflects on the entire community. Act with professionalism and pride.

Follow Leadership Respect decisions made by the CFS leadership team. Disagreements should be raised constructively and through proper channels.
